Our Agreement to supply the goods is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card, the details of which you supply on the Order Form.
Our Agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the Goods as provided by us on the website.
We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of your obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control:
- Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
- War or threat or war sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
- Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority;
- Import or export regulations or embargoes;
- Strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputed ( whether involving our employees or of a third party);
- Power failure or breakdown machinery.
Making A Purchase
We accept all mjor credit cards and PayPal. To find out more about PayPal or to create and account, visit www.paypal.com. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
COLOUR & STYLES
Computer monitors and scanners may vary in their reproduction of colour. Therefore we strive for accuracy, all picture colours, products and images displayed should be regarded as approximations. Most Classix products are well known brands, so if in doubt over colour it is suggested that the customer should check at a store or the manufacturer's website.
PRICES
Prices are shown in GBP and any other currencies are approximate values.
Delivery Schedule
Our goods are delivered world wide by Parcel Force or Registered Royal Mail. All our goods are insured in the event of loss. Deliveries can be tracked via the Parcel Force website. It is our intention if goods are in stock to deliver to you within 5 working days.
If goods are out of stock then we will endeavour our best to deliver within 30 days or you have to right to cancel the order. For more information on 'Out of stock orders' please read our "Back Orders" section below.
Back Orders
We at Classix make every possible effort to ensure that the website is accurately updated. However, in the circumstances where you order an item that is out of stock, your order will automatically be 'Back Ordered' while we order new stock or await supply. In these circumstances our Customer Support Team will contact you via email, telephone or any other contact method you supplied in the Order Form.
If we are unable to source the goods you requested, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative if possible. If these alternatives are not acceptable, you may cancel your order.
You understand that we aim to deliver in stock items within 5 working days but this is not always possible. Should you not receive your chosen goods within 10 working days you can contact us and let us know. Your will then be given the choice of:
- Cancelling your order whereupon we will refund the price you paid or
- When tracking if your parcel is not available you can wait a further agreed period after which if your chosen goods have not been received, the previous option will be available to you.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
Guarantee
We guarantee you will be entitled to the benefit of any warranties or guarantee given by you the suppliers to us of your chosen products. This does not affect your statutory rights. You warrant that the information entered into the Order Form is true. Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions Order 1976). Your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.
Privacy Policy
Classix do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and forfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
If the order cancellation came about because the goods are not suitable or do not fit then you will need to pay the cost of the return postage. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange in those circumstances. If the goods are faulty or not exactly as described then you have the right to request a refund of the return postage as well as a refund or an exchange of goods. Classix reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
You may return the goods to us if you're not satisfied with them provided that they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent within 14 days of your receipt for the goods. You may request replacement products, which we will dispatch to your (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products where were not satisfactory to you. No refund will be made in the circumstances.
Remittance Terms
It's your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
