Yes we have a Shop in York (UK) we are open Mondays to Saturdays 10am - 5.30pm and Sundays 11 - 4.30pm. Our Friendly staff are happy to help with any enquiries you have.

Do you do Body Piercing?
Yes we have a piercing studio in our York based shop (see above) with a wide selection of Body Jewellery. The studio is open everyday except Wednesdays and Sundays.
we must insist on our 16 plus policy, photographic identification will be required.
Can you send me a Catalogue?
Unfortunately we do not do catalogues as we feel that due to a constantly updating stock profile and the time it takes to produce, it will be out of date.
We try keep our website as up to date as possible and almost everything we have in the shop available online.
What is your Returns Policy?
If the order cancellation came about because the goods are not suitable or do not fit then you will need to pay the cost of the return postage. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange in those circumstances. If the goods are faulty or not exactly as described then you have the right to request a refund of the return postage as well as a refund or an exchange of goods.
Classix reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
You may return the goods to us if you're not satisfied with them provided that they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent within 14 days of your receipt for the goods. You may request replacement products, which we will dispatch to your (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products where were not satisfactory to you. No refund will be made in the circumstances.
Do you do size charts?
Due to a large catalogue of stock we are unable to produce an accurate size chart as different companys vary slightly on size, plus the different styles (tight, loose e.t.c) affect the size.
If you are unsure of any aspect of the item such as size or colour then please contact us with your enquiry and our support team will get back to you as soon as they can.
Where do you ship to, what are the costs and what payment methods do you accept?
We will ship to anywhere in the world but we only take orders via the website for countries in the EU. If you live outside the EU please email us
with your request and we will be happy to help with your order, we will also require proof of address, for example a copy of a utility bill.
All shipping to Britain is at a flat rate of £3.
All shipping within the EU (excluding britain) will depend on product quantity, weight and desitination.
For countries outside of the EU you will be advised on the shipping costs when you request your order.
We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay via Paypal.
How Safe/Secure is ordering over your site?
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted once they reach our computer.
This sensitive information is used only once for the transaction then permanently deleted. Classix does not store credit card details or any personal information.
