Shipping Suppliment Charges
Depending on with weight of the items ordered you may be charged a shipping suppliment to cover the delivery cost of a heavier product. This price increase is a one off inclusion and is clearly stated during the checkout process.

UK Standard Delivery
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, Fastways or FedEx couriers and generally take 2-4 working days to arrive. All orders placed before 4.00pm are dispatched the same day

UK Next Day Delivery
If you place your order Mon-Thurs before 4.00pm it will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery, to arrive the following day between 7.00am - 1.00pm. If your order is placed on Friday before 4.00pm it will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery, to arrive Monday. Royal Mail cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 7.00am - 1.00pm window.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We can deliver to BFPO addresses, but only using our standard delivery option. Simply enter your BFPO address details into our shipping address field making sure you select UK as the country. You will then be charged the standard UK delivery rate.

Rest of Europe - £6.00 (4-8 working days)

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class International Signed For Delivery and generally take 4-8 working days to arrive.
