I've been using Poppy Red for 8 yrs, find it easy to apply, using tinting brush or fingers.I always use over bleached hair which gives it a drop dead vibrancy.I've been very lucky with the fade, it usually fades down to a hot pink after about 4-5 weeks. Used other brands, but Directions does it best Mentonmadame

I really liked this colour, it glowed an amazing red in the sunlight. I would recommend this colour if you have dark hair & don't wish to bleach it. Used poppy red as my first directions hair dye, & it worked great. An unexpected result as I didn't think something that bright would work on my hair! Lizz Ure

Directions colours are all compatible and can be mixed to allow the user to create their own limitless shades and designs to suit their own individual desires. To achieve the best results Directions should be applied to pre-lightened hair, we advise this is done by a professional hairdresser. However this may make the colour more vibrant and last longer.

Directions comes in a 88ml tub, with a tamper proof screw lid. This provides the user with an easy to use 49mm opening for easy use with a tint brush. One 88ml tub will usually cover shoulder length hair.

Do not mix Directions with peroxide, do not use on eyelashes, do not use shampoo with conditioner included
